During your meeting, we will be glad to review our rental contract and give you our colorful brochure, as well as diagrams of the patio and parking availability. If no one is available in the office, please leave a message with your name and telephone number. Your call will be returned.

Host Your Event at Keizer Heritage Center
This restored 1916 historic building is a great setting for your wedding, family gathering, anniversary or birthday party, reunion, seminar or meeting, or other event. It includes a spacious 1,277 sq. ft. room and 1,965 sq. ft. sunken patio with gazebo. All this can accommodate well over 200 people and several arrangements for your gathering.
Event Room
The room may be divided into two separate rooms by the original bifold doors. A small kitchen is available. Handicap access is available for the building and grounds.

• Seating for 100 using 60 inch round
  tables (8 settings each)
• Seating for 100 using 6 foot rectangular
  tables (seating on both sides)
• Seating for 100, theater style,
  using chairs in rows
• Standing room for 125 in an open,
  reception style

Sound system, podium, screen, and wireless Internet access at no cost.
Sunken Patio & Gazebo
An expansive outside sunken patio, 1,965 square feet, and gazebo accommodates the following:

• Seating for 130 using 60 inch round
  tables (8 settings each)*
• Seating for 130 using 8 foot rectangular
  tables (seating on both sides)
• Seating for 210, in theater style,
  using chairs in rows
• Standing room for 250 in an open,
  reception style
• Benches around the patio allow seating
  for an additional 60 people. Enjoy a
  beautiful outdoor setting with a gazebo,
  which can be used for any celebration.

*Tables and chairs must be rented
from an outside vendor
for the patio space.

Prices subject to change. $300 non-refundable Reservation Fee (applied toward rent) will hold the room.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. If a meeting starts at 8 a.m. and access is needed at 7:30 a.m., this can be arranged. (Exceptions made on an individual basis.)

Alcohol Policy: Only wine, champagne and bottled or canned beer are allowed (no kegs). Additional insurance required.

Food & Beverages: You may use a caterer or provide your own food. A kitchen is included at no additional charge.

Dancing: The floor is carpeted, so a small area can be set aside. Also, the back patio can be rented for dancing.

Smoking: The entire historic building is non-smoking.

Parking: In addition to the parking lot adjacent to the building, there is parking at the nearby city hall complex. Also available is 10th Avenue, across from the front entrance. A parking diagram is available upon request.

Included: At no additional charge, are inside tables and chairs, set up of sound system, podium, easel, screen, kitchen use, 2 large coffeepots, punchbowl, archway, and 2 candelabras (for weddings).

Security: Will be required for some events.
